I’m thinking about ordering beers to be shipped to my house. How much does it cost?
Sounds like a great thought to us. Shipping is a $25 flat fee for a 12 pack or 24 pack anywhere in CA.
I just ordered beers to be shipped to my house. When will they be shipped?
Hey thanks for placing an order! We ship beers every Thursday through GLS. If you place your order before NOON, your order should arrive the following day. Once the order leaves the brewery, it is in the hands of GLS and all inquiries regarding delivery should be directed through them.
I just ordered beers to be shipped to my house at 5PM. When will they be shipped?
Oh, hey again. Well as stated above, if you place your order before Noon on Thursday, your order should arrive the following day. Since you placed your order AFTER Noon, it will go out the following week. Capisce?
What about a tracking number? I want to watch this delivery’s every move!
When the shipment is created, you will receive an email from GLS with your tracking number, status of delivery and your estimated time of arrival (aka ETA). The email will come through GLS but to check their spam and junk emails as well.
When the beers get delivered, can the delivery person just leave them on the doorstep and get the hell out of here?
Sorry, this isn’t pizza. All alcohol deliveries must be accepted and signed for by the person who purchased the beer.
My order was shipped, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
You should contact GLS. Once we hand the beers off to them, it is in their hands and now their responsibility. And if your package shows up damaged, or deemed lost, please file a claim with them.
I live outside of CA and it won’t let me ship your beers. Why won’t you ship to us? I’m no business person, but seems like a missed opportunity. Don’t you want your fans to get your beer?
Great question and yes, we want everyone to be able to enjoy our beer! The short answer…it’s the law. We are legally not allowed to ship beers direct to consumer over state lines. The good news is, we’re working on getting our beers into stores in different states through distributors. And if you still can’t get it, check out Craftshack.com!
Broken Skull says it’s only available to ship within CA. Can you ship Broken Skull over state lines?
Seriously? Read the previous question. Again, no, we legally cannot ship over state lines. But Craftshack.com can!

My cans showed up all busted and stuff. Can I get a refund or can you send me more beer?
Of course! We’ll gladly do either. The only thing we ask is that you send us a photo of the damage. It’s not that we don’t believe you, trust us, we don’t like seeing pictures of our products damaged, but it will help us figure out if it’s something we did or if it’s an issue with the delivery itself.
PICK-UP FAQs
I’m thirsty! How long after placing an order can I pick it up?
Hi Thirsty, as long as it’s not a presale beer, all packaged beer (cans and bottles) are available for pick up an hour after your order is placed.
Pickups are in our taproom located at 140 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245 between the hours of:
Monday 4-8
Tuesday 4-8
Wednesday 4-8
Thursday 4-8
Friday 3-8
Saturday 12-8
Sunday 12-7
What if I want pizza to go with my beer?
Easy! You can place an order with The Slice & Pint right HERE. They are located two blocks away.
I’m on my way to pick up my order! What should I do?
Great question! When you get here, please have your order number and state issued ID ready. Then take it home, kick off your shoes, and relax while enjoying your beers!
Do I need to place an order online? Or can I just mosey on up?
Online orders are preferred and you can even save up to 20% on cases, but you can just saunter on over and buy some beer if you want.
How long will you hold onto my order after I placed it?
All orders are held for 7 days. Any orders not picked up after 7 days are forfeited. If you are preordering beer, we will hold your order for 7 days after the release day. But what type of person leaves beer behind anyway?!
I just placed an order but am leaving right now for a 30 day retreat into silent isolation. Can you hold onto my order?
Sounds awful. You sure you don’t want to pick up your order?
My retreat is non-refundable.
Sorry but we don’t have the capacity to hold onto orders. Besides, beer is always best fresh!
What is your refund policy?
If you need to cancel your order, just let us know! We’ll issue you a refund. If you leave your order for longer than 7 days, your beers will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
What else can I buy? Shirts? Hats? Gift cards? Show ponies? Self respect?
While we got out of the show pony game a long time ago, we currently sell e-gift cards that can be used to purchase beer in our online store! If you want a shirt and or hat in the next week or so, you can place an order HERE and it will get delivered to you. As for self respect, you clearly have great taste in beer, if you haven’t already, go ahead and pat your own back!
