ABOUT THE BEER
Contrary to its name, there is nothing standard, nor crude about this stout. Nay, here we pay homage to the founders of our town and the river of wildly flowing Texas Tea they discovered beneath us… the Standard Oil Co. True to form, our Crude is aged in bourbon barrels for roughly 12 months, providing a delicate touch of sweetness to this full bodied and robust stout that’s dark as black gold. But don’t be fooled by its smoothness, our Standard Crude is high octane.
