I’m thirsty! How long after placing an order can I pick it up?

Hi Thirsty, as long as it’s not a presale beer, all packaged beer (cans and bottles) are available for pick up an hour after your order is placed.

Pickups are in our taproom located at 140 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245 between the hours of:
Monday 4-8
Tuesday 4-8
Wednesday 4-8
Thursday 4-8
Friday 3-8
Saturday 12-8
Sunday 12-7

What if I want pizza to go with my beer?

Easy! You can place an order with The Slice & Pint right HERE. They are located two blocks away.

I’m on my way to pick up my order! What should I do?

Great question! When you get here, please have your order number and state issued ID ready. Then take it home, kick off your shoes, and relax while enjoying your beers!

Do I need to place an order online? Or can I just mosey on up?

Online orders are preferred and you can even save up to 20% on cases, but you can just saunter on over and buy some beer if you want.

How long will you hold onto my order after I placed it?

All orders are held for 7 days. Any orders not picked up after 7 days are forfeited. If you are preordering beer, we will hold your order for 7 days after the release day. But what type of person leaves beer behind anyway?!

I just placed an order but am leaving right now for a 30 day retreat into silent isolation. Can you hold onto my order?

Sounds awful. You sure you don’t want to pick up your order?

My retreat is non-refundable.

Sorry but we don’t have the capacity to hold onto orders. Besides, beer is always best fresh!

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel your order, just let us know! We’ll issue you a refund. If you leave your order for longer than 7 days, your beers will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

What else can I buy? Gift cards? Show ponies? Self respect?

While we got out of the show pony game a long time ago, we currently sell e-gift cards that can be used to purchase beer in our online store! As for self respect, you clearly have great taste in beer, if you haven’t already, go ahead and pat your own back!

• e-Gift Cards can only be used to purchase beer in our online beer store
• In our online beer store, uou can buy beer (21+), merch (when available) and we’ll even let you buy another e-gift card!
• Unfortunately, e-Gift Cards cannot be used in the taproom
• e-Gift Cards will be emailed to the email address you provide
• These babies last forever, so don’t lose them!
